Shipping Policy
We ship your entire order when all items in your order are available, and you will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. Domestic orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
CTBT Studio offers returns in the original form of payment. If you would like to return/exchange an item, please send a request to hello@ctbtstudio.com within 7 days of the item delivery date with a reason for the return. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return/exchange request approval. For made-to-order products, any refund or replacement is not possible. Please see below for details of the return policy.
